Rob joined Eco-Seal in April 2022 as a Fleet Manager and, in 2024, advanced to Vice President of Operations. His leadership is driven by a commitment to efficiency, teamwork, and continuous growth.

When Rob isn't at Eco-Seal, he enjoys watching his boys compete in sports, spending time outdoors, and traveling to new places.

Rob is married to Brittanie, and together they have three boys—Brayden, Reid, and Rhett.
