Dave joined Eco-Seal in November 2024 as the Director of Employee and Leadership Development. Dave describes his role as a fulfilling opportunity to inspire, develop, and empower others to reach their full potential, both in life and at work. He is committed to helping create an environment where individuals thrive spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, cheering on the Maryland Terrapins, and engaging in reading and writing. He also finds great joy in serving Jesus, both within his church and around the world. Dave is happily married to Allyson, and together they have four sons: David, Caleb (and his wife, Brooke), Jacob (and his wife, Kate), and Isaac.
